Job Description

Part Time Maintenance person needed for a leading Car Auction house. We are looking for somebody to ensure the general upkeep and appearance of our site is maintained to a high standard and in line with HSE legislation.
We are a national leader in automobile auctions and currently recruiting for our South London branch.
We want you to carry out property maintenance and redecoration as required. Its your role to put up relevant signage, carry out minor carpentry tasks, general upkeep with cleaning and gardening as required. You will conduct regular observations and identify any potential work that may be required bringing all safety hazards to management`s attention.
We want a team player as you may be working alongside contractors and other workers in the course of your role.
We are after somebody to work 15 hours over the course of Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with possible overtime hours an option.

The ideal candidate will have experience with maintenance on site within a similar type of premises. You must be able to follow instructions and poses good time management skills. We want you to be flexible as this role covers 15 hours per week over 3 days and we would also like you to be able to work independently with great communication skills.


For this position we require.
A full clean driving licence.
Basic IT skills
Preferably previous work in a customer focused environment or trades yard.
Decorating and Carpentry skills would be desirable.


£10 per hour
