Maintenance / Handy person self employed

We currently have 2 positions in our expanding maintenance company.

The right candidate will need to be a self motivated person who can work on there own and as part of a team.

Must be able to problem solve to get the job done.

You will be working in the retail sector maintaining a large chain of sports shops, Gyms and department stores.

Duties will include checking for any damaged doors and frames and they have working furniture and repainting.

checking / prep damaged walls which will need repairing. There will be a small amount of plumbing work but no experience will be needed. Some basic wood work and relamping

Some high level work using aframe ladders, scaffold towers scissor lifts.

You will need a basic tool kit. Cordless drill, screwdrivers ,spanners and chissels. Must have toe tectors.

Working Monday to Friday no weekends 12 hour days early finish on Friday. Some working away with a night out allowance.

Must have a full uk manual driving licence, CSCS card and public liability insurance.
