My client based in the Hemel Hempstead area is looking for a Maintenance/Janitorial/Caretaker.

You will have been in a similar role previously.

You will be responsible for maintaining a spotless office, warehouse and production environment.

You must be able to work on your own initiative and able to prioritise the daily tasks.

This is a busy and varied, rewarding position where the right candidate can leave their mark!

Some of your day to day duties will include (these will change and extra duties given):

" Collect refuse & recycling paper emptying bins.
" Distribution of post / deliveries from reception.
" Refill hand paper towel, toilet roll, soap, dispensers in all toilets, checking toilets throughout day.
" Keep stocked all paper, distribute to offices and Warehouse, informing reception know when to reorder.
" Car park smoking shelter removal of litter, empty ash bins and sweep.
" Ensure that all cleaning/chemical materials are locked away.
" Clean kitchen microwaves, fridges and sinks.
" Sweep car parks remove metal slugs and other small debris to prevent punctures.
" Cleaning of plasma screens around the building.
" Verify cars in car park against register and post notices as requested.
" Unblock drains as required.
" Change light bulbs and strip lights as required.
