Duties within the role will include:
Provide support on all maintenance and helpdesk calls.
Logging all reactive maintenance requests, tracking and updating each job as it progresses
Liaise with building and property contractors when obtaining quotes and negotiating process for small repair works
Liaising with contractors to check and update each job.
You will also provide general administration support as and when required.
This role calls for someone who can prioritise your workload to meet the demands of the business so great organisation skills are essential. You will be a team player and able to resolve problems on your own initiative.
Previous experience within a similar role would be an advantage where you have had to organise repairs and schedule appointments.
