Job title: Maintenance Team Leader
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm
Location: Gloucestershire
Salary: £35,000

My client is a leading production business based in Gloucestershire. My client is looking for an ambitious and motivated Maintenance Team Leader to join the team.

Maintenance Team Leader Responsibilities:

"To effectively manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians
"To ensure continuous development and skill set progression within your team
"To take sole ownership for spares and equipment spend
"Respond and diagnose equipment breakdowns
"Resolve facility issues and action repairs accordingly
"The control of maintenance, tools and equipment
"The implementation and modelling of health and safety legislation at all times
"To drive PPM into daily schedules
"Ensure all records are maintained and updated accordingly

Maintenance Team Leader skills and Experience required:

"Time served apprenticeship in relevant engineering discipline
"Previous experience in a maintenance role
"Proven experience of leading
"Must be flexible; for instance, if a job needs doing after work day ends.
"Knowledge of 3 phase power systems would be an advantage
"Must be computer literate
