Job title: Maintenance Team Leader

Shift - Three shift rotating: 6- 2, 2-10 and 10 -6.

Location: Telford

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join a globally successful business.

Role of Maintenance engineer

"You will be responsible for the coordination and leading of the maintenance team on shift.
"You will be required to ensure equipment availability is in line with departmental shift targets.
"You will engage in route cause analysis for major or reoccurring breakdowns and provide reports with suggested improvements and change.
"You will be responsible for the facilitation of PM schedules and be expected to continuously improve methodology.
"Take part in the risk assessments across the site and ensure constant implementation of health and safety legislation throughout the shift.
"To apply 5S Methodology in factory
"Drive through goals
"Set a positive example to your team on shift
"Coach, mentor and undertake annual appraisals
"Delegation of required tasks on shift to team members

Skills and Experience Required Maintenance engineer

"Strong electrical and mechanical skills are essential
"At least 3 years' experience within a maintenance role
"Must have experience in fault finding from hydraulic and pneumatic schematics
"Strong computer skills - must be able to write clear and concise reports and use Microsoft Excel and Word
"Must have the ability to delegate tasks
"Time served apprentice to NVQ Level 3 in engineering
"Must hold a full driving license
