Brook Street are delighted to be working with a world leading manufacturing business based in the Highlands who are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer. Due to continued growth the client is once again expanding the team to keep up with demand.

Key Accountabilities:
" Install, repair, renew, test and maintain electrical installations as required, meeting all site requirements.
" Inspect, test and issue certification for electrical installations and repairs.
" Plan with production team to organised maintenance activities, in order to minimise downtime and resolve technical problems
" Carry out planned routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, corrective maintenance on site machinery. in order to maintain operational performance.
" Complete all necessary documentation and ensure it is kept up to date
" Isolation and de-isolations in accordance with company practice in order to maintain operational performance.
" Assist in the control of the maintenance budget, looking for best value engineered but robust solutions.
" Ensure good engineering and housekeeping procedures in all work areas.

Experience/Skills:
" Time served electrician.
" 17th/18th Edition IEE Regulations
" Qualified to City & Guilds level or above
" An understanding of Health and Safety Legislation
" Knowledge of rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
" Highly organised
" Excellent verbal and written skills
" Ability to work on own initiative

Company Benefits:
