Job Description

Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Newtownards to recruit a Management Accountant to join their expanding accounts team.

Reports to: Financial Controller

Main responsibilities:

* Financial reporting
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Preparation of month end files
* Submit vat and other statutory returns
* Assist with budget and forecast preparation
* Accounts analysis
* Identify opportunities for cost reductions and improving efficiency's
* Preparation of cash flow forecasts
* Assist with working capital management, including inventory management
* Preparing wages for external payroll service provider

The Person:

* Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
* At least 1 year's experience within an industry role, FMCG preferable
* Excellent technical skills
* Strong financial reporting experience
* Experience in Microsoft
* Experience in an accounting package, preferably SAP.

Salary will depend on experience - £28-32k per annum
