Brook Street are very proud to be representing our client in the Blackburn area for two experienced Management Accountants to join their team. Our client`s business has expanded tremendously and now are one of the leading industrial and commercial lettings and sales companies in the Northwest area.
The candidate who will be joining the team as the management accountant will be dealing with the Accounts for the Industry Sector.
To apply for this role, you must be qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA, PQ or QBE.

Location: Blackburn

Salary: up to £45,000

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm

The role:
" Conducting internal and external audits
" Handling the new budgets and updating the schedules for future invoicing
" Overseeing the Accounts administrators to ensure they provide an excellent service and support
" Contacting external Accountants
" Dealing with rent deposits, tenant refunds and debt provisions
" Preparation of VAT returns
" Cash flow reporting
" Reviewing the profit and loss analysis

A suitable candidate will need:
" Strong Sage experience
" Previous knowledge of managing a team
" Management accountant experience (property experience is desired however not essential)
" Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
" Someone who wants to work in a team and add value to the business
