Our client is looking for a Manager to join their expanding team of enthusiastic professionals within the catering industry. Contract would be a 25 hours but with the opportunity to work up to Full Time across the Inverness shops. Shifts will change so flexibility with start and finish times is required. For the right candidate this role will turn permanent.
A local family run business offering a wide range of home made baked produce throughout the Highlands and Moray. Delivering excellent customer service and exceptional quality on a day to day basis.
As Supervisor you will be required to assist the Manager in co-ordinating the shop to ensure a high standard of operation. Be able to demonstrate high standards of conduct and leadership at all times, monitoring & motivating your team to provide efficient service & top quality customer care. You will also need to carry out administrative duties as required. It will also be your responsibility for ensuring high standards of hygiene, adhering to health & safety/company practices whilst assisting in the training & development of the team.
Full training for this position will be given however experience in a similar role will be advantageous. This is a managerial position with key holder responsibilities.
