Small privately owned Nursery group are looking for a Nursery Manager for their largest nursery based in South Croydon.

Are you seeking to build on your career in Early years management? Do you have a NVQ Level 3 and higher in child care and looking for either your first Managers role or looking for a new opportunity as the leader within a warm, friendly nursery? If so then I have the perfect prospect for you.
My client prides it`s self on providing a welcoming and stimulating environment to the children in their care from babies to 5 years. The ideal candidate will manage the practitioners and quality of childcare within the rooms. Ensuring stimulating and inspiring activities are provided for the children in the rooms. Assisting with the monitoring of staff performance within the rooms. Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills Coach and mentor practitioners to deliver high quality childcare

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, qualifications and experience:
-NVQ Level 3 to 4 Childcare.
-Experience within a management role within a Nursery setting
-The desire and passion to take over all aspects of the operational management for this nursery, lead from the front and develop their offering to the children in their care, the parents that rely on them and the staff that flourish in their roles.

If you enjoy doing and developing rather than being trapped in an office then this could be for you as they employ administration and finance staff to pick up these tasks, which will enable you to focus on the staff children and parents.
The salary is dependent upon the candidates` individual skills and experience.
