Job: Service Manager
Location: Middlesbrough
Salary: £23,000- £26,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent - 40 hours a week.

We are currently working in partnership with a country leader in the provision of social care to look for manager for service in Middlesbrough which supports people, with complex and challenging health issues. This position is open to those who have experience and are competent in a health and social care supervisory role wishing to develop their career, especially those who have held a front-line managerial and leadership position.
Being able to demonstrate their potential to lead and manage the front-line team within specialised community based, safe `Person-Led` enabling support services for people who are vulnerable with severe complex needs.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day running of the service/ location(s) to provide recovery focused delivery.
- Manage the quality and support provided to people using services in line with RF service models.
- Ensure operational KPI's on people using services, outcomes, utilisation and voids, etc., are met.
- Ensure data entry to Management Information & reporting systems is accurate, timely and in line with quality assurance requirements.
- Prepare information and reports for internal and/or external use.
- Lead on positive risk management practice within the service/location(s) and where appropriate escalate concerns to the Area Manager.
