As a Assembly Manager you will be based at the company's head office in Slough , the Assembly Manager will be responsible for the assembly of chocolates and petits fours into personalised boxes, sweets. As well as seasonal items such as luxury hampers, stockings and seasonal gifts for Easter, Christmas and other events.
You will be leading a team of five, this role is pivotal in ensuring our client meets its commitment to its high-quality customers.
You will be a natural leader with excellent communication skills and have the ability to drive team performance forward by training and motivating the workforce. Being an experienced Manager from a high service-level background, you'll understand how to lead and drive Health & Safety awareness alongside the improvement of warehouse systems and processes.
