Brook Street are working with a Leisure Hospitality Business to recruit a Manager to join an already established and successful team in the Scottish Highlands.

This is an opportunity for a Management professional to step outside of the traditional hospitality sector into a very exciting and fast paced role within Tourism.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, outgoing and enthusiastic Manager who is passionate about hospitality to lead a business forward in meeting both their financial and business objectives, whilst ensuring the highest degree of customer care.

The Manager will be responsible for business strategy, organisation, logistics, co-ordination and management of the team whilst also responsible for delivering on targets to contribute to the on-going success of this exciting business.

Core Accountabilities:
" Ensuring all areas of the business are running as efficiently as possible.
" Manage all aspects of financial performance, forecasts, budgets, P&Ls
" Hold regular briefings and communication meetings with the team
" Hands on approach, ability to manage and motivate teams without compromising on the quality of guest service
" Reporting to the Director
" Plan, direct and coordinate the service delivery in order to meet and exceed guest expectations.
" Seek and respond to Guest feedback to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction
