The Company:
Brook Street are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to work with a highly successful and experienced supplier of cleaning equipment. My client is looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their team.

The Role:
You will provide quality support to our customers through courteous and knowledgeable communication. You will ensure all jobs are attended to and repairs completed within the contracted service level agreements. With an ability to work well under pressure, you will be responsible for following all technician procedures, updating all jobs in real time and providing accurate and detailed reports upon every site visit.

Your Skills:
A self-motivated individual, you must be physically fit and able to carry out manual handling. You will be experienced hot work equipment such as blow torches and heat guns as well as lifting equipment such as trolley jacks and lifting slangs. You must have an enthusiastic and positive personality and an ability to provide exemplary customer service. You will have electrical and mechanical fault finding experience and be experienced in in using electrical, electronic and mechanical tooling. A full UK driving license is also essential for this role.
