Do you have experience working as a Manufacturing Manager? Are you familiar with 5S discipline and 6 Sigma?

The company, based just outside of Wallingford is an exceptionally dedicated and expanding family run business who is looking for an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis.

In the role as Manufacturing Manager you will be expected to be responsible for the leadership and management of staff in order to achieve production targets. You will be working closely with the Production Planning Manager and will manage and motivate a variable work force in attainment of weekly targets. Your goal will be to increase both efficiency and quality through a process driven approach by motivating staff with a "can do" team approach.

To be considered for this excellent opportunity you need to have a sound knowledge of production processes within an engineering environment as well as being a process driven individual. You need to have excellent communication skills and experience in organization as well as being a good people person with a record of motivating staff in a production environment. Experience in 5S discipline and 6 Sigma is highly beneficial.

The company are offering £45-50k, depending on experience and has an excellent benefits package available.
