Role Overview
The Manufacturing / Production Operators will commence their roles in August 2024. During this time, you will undergo a thorough development process, becoming fully trained and prepared for permanent positions by August 2025. Our client is committed to transitioning successful candidates into permanent roles well before this time line.
Shift Pattern
You will work a dynamic shift pattern consisting of two weeks of day shifts (07:00 - 19:00) followed by two weeks of night shifts (19:00 - 07:00), averaging 42 hours per week. This schedule allows for ample time off to recharge and enjoy life outside of work.
