Our client is seeking multiple Production Operatives to work within their growing Manufacturing team in Portadown. The Production Operatives will utilise their Production experience and strong attention-to-detail and will work within a team to ensure each items is produced to the highest quality possible.

The Production Operatives will:

• assemble and manufacture products according to established procedures and guidelines;
• carry out brazing, wiring, and mechanical assembly duties;
• perform quality checks;
• ensure all products meet stringent quality standards;
• maintain a clean and organised work area;
• adhere to health & safety guidelines;
• collaborate with cross-functional teams; and
• contribute to a positive team environment by actively engaging in team meetings.

Candidates must have:

• experience in a assembly role;
• prior experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment;
• knowledge of electrical and mechanical processes;
• excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately;
• a 'team player' mindset;
• excellent communication skills;
• the ability and desire to work on site in Portadown daily; and
• the flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.

The successful candidate MUST have experience with manufacturing processes (such as welding, brazing, handling electrical components / wiring etc).

This is a full-time role which will begin on a temporary basis working through Brook Street (UK) Ltd with a view to becoming a full-time, permanent member of our client's team within a short period of time e.g. 12-to-16 weeks.

The rate of pay for these roles is £12.10 per hour. The shifts will be morning, afternoon, and evening. At present, there aren`t any night shifts at this site.
