Brook Street Recruitment is working with our Belfast client to recruit a new market Research Analyst to join their growing team

An exciting new opportunity has arisen in the clients Lead Generation Department. They are looking for a Market Research Analyst to work alongside the UK Lead Generation Team in continually progressing with great results for our clients who are leading organizations in the public and private sector.

This role will assist and support the Lead Generation team; and also the role will have a particular focus on working solely on a project to which we track Foreign Direct Investment in UAE.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

* Daily outreach via telephone and email to pre-listed investors following a script and process already in place.
* Weekly status update reports for the client.
* Weekly calls with the project manager.
* Provide accurate and well curated information and knowledge, distributing effectively to appropriate audiences in a timely manner.
* To ensure research requests are handled and processed in a timely and professional manner.
* Develop a good understanding of the FDI sector.
* Support in maintaining company online products.
* Maintaining company databases and CRM tools.
* Any other duties as required.

Criteria:

* Strong communication skills - oral and written
* Third level degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Economics, Geography (other disciplines will be considered where candidates can demonstrate the core skills required).
* Applicants currently studying in one of the fields listed above will also be considered.

The role will initially be working from home and will eventually revert back into the office.
Salary will depend on background - circa £18-23k per annum
