My client in South Shields are looking for some amazing new people to come join their team as a an outbound calling market researcher!

The role entails outbound calling to students and ex-students on behalf of colleges and universities to conduct short surveys about their studies.

The perfect candidate will have good customer service, good IT skills, be target orientated and comfortable making outbound calls. The role is also a perfect learning opportunity for school leavers, graduates and people pursuing their first role!

You will be working shifts between the hours 9am-8pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-12noon on Friday (total 37 hours).
