Brook Street are currently partnered with an award winning Marketing Agency, who are now looking for a highly motivated and capable Account Manager to join their busy team of designers, programmers and account managers, responsible for sourcing, delivering and overseeing interesting and varied design and digital projects into the studio.

The account manager works alongside other members of the client services team to provide account handling on a number of client portfolios. They collaborate with with the project management team to ensure proper costing, allocation of resources and delivery of projects. They have a strong understanding of project-level budgeting and forecasting.

We are specifically looking for pharma agency experience and the demonstrable, commercial track record of delivering business that goes with that experience.

The ideal candidate

• A proven track record in Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare is essential.
• Knowledge of various marketing solutions: print, advertising, branding & web
• A good understanding of working in a full service design agency
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• The ability and desire to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service
