Job Description
Brook Street is working on behalf of our Newtownabbey client to recruit an experienced full time Marketing Administrator
As a Marketing Administrator, you will support senior management on projects directed at maximising company profile and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns.
Duties
- Assist in the development and implementation of the company's marketing
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
- Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
- Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, company database, tracking capability, customer contact directory, website, PowerPoint presentations and Mailshots.
- Liaise with CMCO colleagues in other company locations
- Assist the Office Manager, ensuring the office runs efficiently
- Deal with clients via telephone and email correspondence, answer queries from clients regarding quotes etc.
- Data input on internal system SAP
- Create and update records
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Essential Criteria
- Marketing Qualification preferred
- Educated to GCSE Level - Must have English and Maths as a minimum
- A good team worker and ability to work independently, without supervision.
- Proven hands-on experience in marketing
- Organised and methodical - able to multitask
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Social Media marketing
Desirable
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Working knowledge of marketing tools and e commerce and social media advertising
- Experience working with budgets and forecasting
Working 08.30am to 5pm Monday -Thursday and 8.30am - 2pm Friday.
Salary will depend on background and performance at interview
