Marketing Administrator Permanent Opportunity
Brook Street are working with our client for an experienced Administrator our clients Marketing team. You will act as representative of the firm and provide all departments with marketing admin support. Our client is looking for an experienced administrator who enjoys a fast-paced environment and a varied workload.
Duties & Responsibilities
Providing a high-quality administrative support to the Marketing Team
Assisting in implementing internal and external communications through email, website, social media, publications and direct marketing mediums
Responsible for supporting in events and seminars.
Assisting with reports such as meeting notes, budget, PR, social media and marketing activity
Managing the firm's Marketing mailbox;
Monitoring social media accounts and Google analytics and assist in keeping website and social media accounts up to date
Assisting in improving the accuracy of the firm's marketing database, working with fee earners to ensure the database is correct, regularly and consistently updated and used in the most effective manner
Assisting in improving systems and procedures necessary to ensure smooth running of the marketing department including database, business development and tendering activities.
Strong IT (web/ desktop publishing/ social media) experience and skills.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
A marketing background is not necessary, however must have an interest in marketing and or/a strong desire to work in this area.
