Our client based in St Albans is looking for a marketing administrator on a part time basis for a minimum of 3 months.
- Create posts on social media, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
- Liaise with the factory to obtain the marketing materials required for running social media marketing campaigns
- Monitor competitor's promotions advertising & their social media activities
- Create "press release" for new collections - 3 seasons a year
- Liaise with publishing companies for trade advertising & promotional activities
- Approve & release artwork for advertising with publishing companies on an agreed timetable.
- Update website artwork for change of season
- Update LinkedIn profile on a regular basis
- Create & send news letters to customers twice a month
- Follow up customers feedback after newsletters
Skills & experience :
Excellent command of spoken and written English, able to learn new procedures
Experience in social media, Wordpress web design but is not essential
Confident user of Window 10, Microsoft office, word & excel
Working Hours: 15 hours per week
