Some of the duties are listed below;

• Utilize Google Analytics and internal data sources to provide visibility into web user and customer behaviour
• Utilize available data sources to identify opportunities to drive website conversion and customer retention
• Monitor existing site(s) performance
• Monitor CRM performance
• Measure, quantify, and communicate the business impact from user behaviour trends/changes
• Deep customer data insights and post activity evaluations to deliver customer insights and make recommendations
• Predictive analytics and data science best practices
• Data innovation & execution to power our world-class multi-channel marketing engine
• Identify different customers' profiles to reduce attrition rate and improve retention and reactivation
• Optimization of CRM/marketing activities
• Perform timely & accurate KPI reporting on monthly and weekly basis

Required skills and experience;

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with SQL and working in SQL level database
• Experienced in using analytics
• Strong analytical skills and experience of working with large volumes of data
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
• Commercial awareness to drive businesses forwards
• Excellent reporting skills with a proactive approach to business intelligence
