Marketing & Communications Manager
30k | Bradford | Charity | Parking | Office-Based |Immediate Start

Are you an experienced marketer that excels both digitally and traditionally? Do you have a hands-on approach that drives your success? do free cup of tea`s send tingles down your spine? Then this Marketing & Communications Management role will be perfect for you.
As one of the UK`s prolific charities they are looking for the marketer to match, you will be advising a strong but small team of individual marketers and leading their marketing efforts to cultivate greatness. The key purpose of this role is to promote the charities brand to a wide audience of potential donors, volunteers, and supporters. Primarily through successful campaigns, therefore, to excel in this role you must be comfortable with traditional/physical marketing alongside digital.

Key Responsibilities
Short summary: Produce marketing materials, strategies and campaigns that are consistent and emphasize brand via all marketable streams such as: digital, radio, tv, events, overseas campaigns etc. You may be required to produce top quality marketing material for emergency/global appeals, or you may need to negotiate cost-effective strategies with key stake holders. However, you definitely will produce material that will positively affect the world.
" Plan, budget and deliver branded media and marketing campaigns with allocated budgets.
" Assist fundraising objectives by supplying dynamic and practical media and marketing content.
" Maintain consistent branding, accuracy, and appeal to all marketing material/strategies.
" Liaise closely with designers, producers, and printers to create marketing materials.
" Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
" Launch emergency appeals through marketing where required.
" Attendance of fundraising dinners/events as a representative.
" Prepare suitable content for TV Appeals, fundraising events or promotional tours when required.
" Release attractive e-shots to maintain donor/volunteer awareness of recent company projects.
" Regularly update company website with engaging content
" Manage Google AdWords account.
" Reply quick and effectively to positive/negative media attention to protect reputation.
" Constantly search for new, innovative, and cost-effective marketing methods.
" Ability to travel overseas if required, to locations in continuance of departmental activities.

Requirements
" Demonstratable marketing experience on a national, regional, or international level.
" Broad marketing experience with the 4 P`s: pricing, promotion, process, and people.
" Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that support company sales activity.
" Bachelor`s or equivalent.

Personal specification
" ~5-year experience
" Branding experience
" Budget management experience
" Experience of digital marketing, social media campaigns and content management.
" Knowledge of CRM databases.
" Copywriting skills.
" Solid understanding of email KPIs
" Ability to derive analytics and insights for wider business reports and actions.
" Ability to handle multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced marketing environment.
" Adaptable, with a willingness to learn.
" Self-proclaimed problem solver.
" Literate with computers - able to use/learn a variety of software (Excel, Word, Mailchimp, Adobe, WordPress, scheduling programmes, etc.)
