If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Working at the company's head office in the Birchwood area of Warrington, you will be working with a leading housing development company who are interested in an experienced Marketing Executive to join their expanding Marketing team.

Day to day duties for this role include:

Dealing with online and offline marketing campaigns.

Analysing social media and marketing performance to build strong agency relationships.

Booking in media plans and then liaising with the company's suppliers to ensure collateral media is created in line with timescales and deadlines.

Ensure all marketing and media campaigns are on budget and in line with our brand guidelines and the marketing plan is on course.

Take advantage and use PR/media opportunities to it's full potential to improve all marketing campaigns and credentials.

To apply for this role, you must have the following skills and credentials:

At least two years experience in a Marketing Executive capacity.

To have experience of using digital data when analysing performance.

Dealt with marketing development launches.
