Marketing Executives - Bilingual
Languages required Fluency in French and English or German and English (verbal & written)
Salary: £DOE
Part time: 17.5hrs per week, flexible working pattern during Monday to Friday. Normal hours between 09:00-17:00.
Location: Oxford
Brook Street are currently recruiting for Marketing Executives on behalf of our Client based in Oxford. Languages required Fluency in French and English or German and English (verbal & written) Working with Partners across Europe and Israel (all English speaking), with a particular focus on the DACH region which is the reason for the German language.
You will work on behalf of our client to manage their partner relations and be a pillar of support, helping to better promote vendor products using marketing tools. You will be the main point of contact for partners and will present all the available information, marketing tools and incentives available to them as well as be at hand to support with any guidance and support in implementing these marketing tools successfully. You`ll also work with the partners to prepare marketing plans and activities, so some previous marketing experience would be desirable specifically online marketing with skills in SEO and Google Analytics.
Key duties:
" Support a network of IT partners and be the first point of contact, providing advice and support with the available marketing tools available to them and how to effectively use them
" Assist partners to become familiar with the product and program benefits and investigate to find out market requirements
" Identify partner requirements and then use the provided materials to fulfil these to enable them to better promote and sell vendor products
" As new campaigns and initiatives are launched, you will brief targeted business partners on the details and materials available
" Prepare marketing plans and activities with partners and presenting these to key contacts
" Keep in regular contact with partners to maintain and improve the business relationship
" Share feedback with the client on what resellers are asking for in order to grow their businesses
" Keep in regular contact with your network of partners to maintain trusted relationship with key decision makers and become an extension of their team
" Generate reports in MS Excel and prepare PowerPoint presentations to share updates with the local client team to keep them informed with progress
Requirements
" An interest in marketing, ideally educated to graduate level in a marketing related subject
" Experience of working in a marketing role is desirable
" Fluency in both English & French or German & languages (written & verbal)
" A confident approach to liaise with and develop business relationships, both French & English or German & English languages
" Strong attention to detail
" Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills with the ability to present information in a consistent and professional manner
" Ability to liaise with senior level contacts
" Knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM system would be an advantage
" Independence is important, but so is being a team player to ensure success across the team
" An interest in technology
