DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE USING INDESIGN, ILLUSTRATOR AND PHOTOSHOP?
My client is looking for an Information Co-ordinator role to join their Marketing team. You will be designing and distributing customer travel documents to agreed specifications and deadlines.
The successful candidate will have the ability to design and create visual marketing that inspires, informs and captivates customers using photoshop, illustrator and InDesign.
Your duties will include:
" Research, request, capture and update all supplier information required for future travel packs.
" Implement measures to improve our service, providing accurate information.
" Update and maintain our system and data base to show latest information.
" Review and design all customer/supplier information when unavailable.
" Oversee and review stock control relating to the Travel packs ensuring they coincide with budget, distribution dates and demand.
" Assist customers by collation of any other promotional material required whilst providing individual and respectful attention.
" Check and action all internal information shared that may affect the tour information.
" Demonstrates the Albatross Way on a daily basis
