Based in Oldham, Chadderton North Manchester our client are a award winning online seller who are a family business that have grown year on year! They have a traditional way of working however are slowly moving towards more up to date methods.

Now looking for a self motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to work alongside the Marketing Director and the rest of the small friendly team. (Merchandiser, Designer and Social Media)

Key roles and responsibilities:
Maintaining the website content and pricing
Updating the website using our content management system
Monitor and optimise the website including conversion rate
Increase traffic through Search Engine Optimisation
Liaising with buying team to ensure stock is added correctly
Team management and development
Monitoring and reporting
Drive online promotional activity through a variety of techniques (offers, bundles etc)

Ideally you will have 2+ years in a similar e-commerce role and experience of using website content management systems. You will have experience in conversion rate optimisation, sales funnels and growing sales and knowledge of marketing principles including SEO, email marketing. I am looking for a candidate with strong understanding of analytical platforms including Google Analytics with good attention to detail, someone with the ability to manage projects from conception to delivery with excellent problem-solving, organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Salary is £28,000 - £33,000, Monday to Friday 08.30am-5pm
