Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager`s role involves many aspects of marketing from strategic and tactical planning right through delivery of all marketing details, including; PR, social media strategy and event management, as well as possessing the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to drive customer service excellence. This is an all-encompassing role which requires a self-motivated, proactive, passionate person who can take ahead on approach to all tasks and deliver them effectively in a timely fashion.

Key responsibilities

• Preparation and implementation of an annual marketing strategy and budget plan which sets out clear and measurable KPI's
• Set and manage local marketing budget, keeping accurate records
• B2B Liaison at local and head office level and relay all marketing activity. All Marketing campaigns to be focused on driving sales and footfall and generating ROI for businesses and client
• Working with chosen charity partners to implement a purposeful program of CSR activity
• Copywriting of press releases, creative briefs and advertising collateral
• Management of annual media buying plan and implementation of this accrordingly and co-ordinating agency partners to deliver create ouputs in line with media deadlines
• Management of all PR and to be appointed spokesperson in the absence of Business Manager in the event of any serious incident
• Attend client management meetings to present the marketing report on either a monthly or quarterly basis, either on-site or at the client`s office in London
• Management of consumer website
• Proactive management of consumer database
