Marketing Manager

This is a full time position with the hours between 9.00 - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00 - 4.30pm on a Friday with a salary paying up to £30,000

As the Marketing Manager you will drive and promote all Marketing activities across the business

Main responsibilities include -

Develop and implement marketing strategies and activities, monitor trends and identify opportunities on an ongoing basis including:

- The production of a marketing plan
- To work with the marketing department on the implementation of specific promotional activities, design and implement creative and imaginative campaigns to generate new and repeat business from existing and potential customers
- To research and advise on presenting new marketing and publicity materials

Be responsible for the company's public relations including the development of a P R Plan

Be responsible for the organisations digital strategy

Attend company meetings and ensure effective communications of company policy, strategy, information and decisions to all personnel within the department and across the business.

Person specification -
Has experience developing and coaching a marketing team
A Marketing qualification
An understanding of marketing functions and the link with sales
Confident with all elements of digital marketing and Public relations
Experience using design packages, e.g. Photoshop, Adobe and InDesign
