Brook Street are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Project Manager for a 18 month contract role based in Reading.

Salary: up to £55,900 depending on experience plus 5% end of contract bonus

Job Description
To support both direct and indirect sales channels, compelling Surface offers are created to drive run-rate, the adoption of the Surface portfolio and create Surface +M365 opportunities. All offers need to reflect the Gross Margin Health for the Team and Subsidiary.
This role will be at the centre of safeguarding Margin Health and Return on Investment, whilst ensuring offers underpin the FY19 Surface Marketing strategy and the overall Go To Market plan.

Candidate Requirements
1. Program Management experience
2. Worked with numbers daily
3. Good communication skills - sales enablement (should be good at stakeholder comms - written (newsletters/promos) and verbal)

Candidates do not necessarily need a marketing background - more retail, supply and demand, promotions, planning, managing P&Ls , good with finance, understand the principles of in and out

Driving proactive programmes for supply and demand - someone to turn the handles and work with sales teams
