Job Description

This manufacturing company is looking for a Marketing Projects Manager for a Maternity cover period of 12 months

The overall purpose of the role will be to provide temporary/maternity cover for the Marketing Manager of two internationally renowned B2B specialist brands of engineered materials; one of which is over 100 years old and is the household name in its markets.
The nature of the role is full-mix, and requires an extremely competent all-round marketer, but it does have a strong digital focus. The successful candidate will have a solid grounding in B2B technical marketing and be a proven in digital project manager (websites, SEO, ad campaigns, etc.).

Responsibilities within the role will include:
Deliver a new website for one of the flagship brands, owning the project end-to-end
Expand the reach of the online shop to other third party channels
(Google shopping, Amazon, AliBaba, etc)
Maintain and develop Google AdWords campaigns
Creation and coordination of email campaigns
Developing ideas for marketing content with posting of content to company websites and social channels
Tenders: Support with writing, response compiling and submissions (ad hoc)
Briefing external suppliers, print and digital, on campaign material and creative work
Tracking and reporting of all expenditure and maintaining marketing project budgets
Reporting on owned campaign outcomes and marketing project stages
Maintenance of sales toolkits and general marketing collateral
General marketing support for the wider marketing team (ad hoc)


In terms of your experience and skills, these should include:
Proven B2B marketing experience
Demonstrable excellence in writing, particularly with understanding and interpreting technical
product features and descriptions in a digestible, commercial sense
Demonstrable experience with managing and delivering website re-launches
Strong competence with SEO best practices
Experience managing online content including e-commerce websites, launching and maintaining AdWords and email campaigns
