Job Description

We currently have a full-time (12 month contract) Regional Marketing specialist role available in Croydon.

As Regional Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans for clients prospects and customers in EMEA. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on marketer with a "digital first" mindset and customer-centric approach. This role will report to the President, EMEA and will work extensively with the EMEA sales and relationship management teams, as well as the Global Marketing Team.

This position is open to experienced candidates (2 - 4 years) and is recommended for those individuals looking to continue a career in marketing and demand generation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Implement the marketing and industry strategies for the EMEA region
o Take ownership of and manage aspects of both run client and industry related events in EMEA
o Work closely with sales to identify market trends and drive data influenced decisions that impact revenue generation
o Champion the brand, product and services positioning, overall vision and value proposition for the EMEA market
o Work with the demand and lead generation team to develop and execute campaigns that support lead generation and nurturing activities
o Report on key results and ROI for campaigns and make informed decisions based on their analysis
o Tailor global marketing campaigns to the requirements of the various EMEA markets and work closely with the global marketing team to execute these
o Identify and grow strategic relationships with key industry partners, agencies, vendors, speakers and sponsors
o Evaluate and stay current with new digital marketing and demand generations processes and technologies
o Educate, train and enable sales representatives and relationship managers on upcoming marketing driven activities
o Plan and deploy marketing resources wisely and manage budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:
o 2-4 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B
o Detailed with strong time management and organisational skills
o Strong written and verbal communications skills
o Experience using Marketing Automation as part of a multi-touch campaign
o Experience creating and executing demand generation campaigns strongly desired
o Experience working with an integrated marketing technology suite strongly desired
o Experience using CRM technology as a tool to align sales and marketing

This role is a maternity cover for 12 months on a full-time basis, based in Croydon, London UK
