Job Description

Fantastic opportunity to join a growing company in Nuneaton as a Marketing Specialist! This is a really exciting time to join with lots of progression and growth. You must have at least 3 years experience including Adobe or Indesign experience this is essential.

You will be required from time to time to travel to exhibitions and you may need to stay overnight. In the first 6 months you will also have a 3-4 day visit to France to visit one of the offices.

Up to £28,000 DOE
Monday to Friday
Parking on site
Office based for the first 6-12 months, with a possibility of hybrid working after this period
Pension after 6 months including life cover
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (Increasing with service)

Main duties;
o Create & manage customer facing email campaigns
o Management, planning & organisation of all exhibitions & trade shows.
o Create & maintain promotional brochures & literature
o Liaise with external suppliers to ensure maximum utilisation of the budget
o Develop internal communication plan e.g. Newsletters, mailers
o Produce & manage Social Media content.
o Support sales staff by providing new product information and relevant sales support literature.
o Liaise and support B2B customers through the creation of promotional material.
o Close working relationship with EMEA head office to develop UK website & digital activities.

Person Specification;
o A minimum of 3 year's experience
o Highly organised
o Able to bring new ideas/think outside the box and bring them alive
o Strong IT skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign &
Salesforce CRM) and applications (Google AdWords)
o Exceptional communication and writing skills
o Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
o B2B Marketing knowledge (Desired)
