I am working with an IT organisation who are looking for a Marketing Specialist/Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone who has previous experience in inhouse marketing and working within a B2B company. You will have previous experience in copywriting and event management. They are offering a competitive salary of between £35,000 and £42,000 dependant on experience and matching criteria. The company has a good benefit scheme, with private medical care and profit related bonus. For this role you will also be required to travel to the Nordics region (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and the Baltics).

Your key responsibilities will be to;
-Create marketing plans with the Nordics sales team ensuring the correct resource and budget is attributed to each country and fulfilling company and regional objectives.
-Build relationships with the marketing contacts within the Nordics region and support them in creating marketing plans and driving them towards execution.
-Plan and execute direct to end-user marketing activity for the region including; PPC/SEO, 3rd party lead generation, email campaigns, social media, events, webinars, etc.
-Remotely manage marketing events within the region including the companys hosted seminars, tradeshows and partner events and attend where necessary.
-Build awareness within the Nordics region using tools such as social media, third-party advertising and industry events. Work closely with the Nordics PR Manager to raise the profile of the company.
-Work effectively as part of the Field Marketing team contributing to overall team success and suggesting improvements to maximise performance.
