Job Description

Our client, based on the outskirts of York, is looking for a capable Marketplace Specialist to join their very busy team. If you have experience in any field of marketing, this would be a great opportunity to further your development!

You will be based at their modern offices near Sheriff Hutton (YO60) therefore it is essential that you have your own transport.

The job will entail supporting and coordinating the complete marketing function, including the planning and executing a whole range of digital marketing initiatives. It will also involve working on various marketplaces/selling platforms to maximise sales with paid and sponsored ads, so a strong commercial understanding is vital!

The perfect person will have:
- Experience working with Marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay.
-Strong commercial awareness to understand the impact marketing activities can have.
-Skills to create content for product listings across all markets and blogs.
-Review existing listings to ensure maximum performance and action changes where necessary
-Team work as well as having initiative to work on your own.
-Multi-tasking and organisational skills; you will be required to juggle multiple tasks at once!
-Knowledge of Terapeak or other equivalent market research tools would be beneficial.
-Great IT and Microsoft Office knowledge.
-Excellent verbal communication and written skills

Working hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm (37.5hrs per week with 1 hour for lunch).

Salary is dependent upon experience and attributes.
