Working hours Start: 7:30-9:30 Finish dependent on start time 7.5 hour work day Lunch: 60 mins

Who is the client?
The client is a fast- growing global manufacturing organisation, and they strive to be innovative and driven. They supply blue-chip companies, and they are looking for a flexible Materials and Planning Coordinator to join them at their site in Halifax.

The purpose of the role

The role's purpose is to make sure Materials are coordinated in a timely and cost-efficient manner. The successful applicant will be dealing with start to finish processes.

Daily duties

"Build strong relationships with suppliers and liaise with parties to ensure smooth supply and delivery of materials
"Confirming materials are delivered as needed within the correct requirements
"Using ERP system in order to conduct analysis on stock levels, orders and also producing reports
"Creation of trackers to identify priority areas in line with production

Personal Spec

"Essential: experience in providing start to finish admin support in fast paced operations or manufacturing environments
"Experience with liaising with suppliers and experience with call off contact would be advantageous
"Naturally a communicator and analytical, being able to see data trends etc
"Technically competent (Solid experience using Excel)
"Positive and proactive attitude
Desirable experience: Experience using Oracle Netsuite
