Job Description

Our client is an expanding provider of mechanical services in heating, plumbing and ventilation. They are looking to appoint a Mechanical Estimator who will work on projects across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the UK, undertaking work in a diverse range of contracts. Ideally you will be someone with three to four years recent experience in a similar role.

The company's services range from initial design of a project through to installation of complete mechanical system and commissioning. As a successful applicant you would be responsible for the following duties amongst others:

- Quoting for mechanical heating and other projects using a computerised estimating package
- Interpretation of mechanical design layout and tender documentation
- Site Surveys to client properties to assess the current mechanical installations
- Assisting the bid team with client presentations
- Managing multiple projects at one time

You will have the opportunity to collaborate on some fantastic projects and recent examples include some prestigious educational institutions, hospitals and sports facilities. Needless to say there will be an excellent remuneration package on offer for the successful applicant.
