My client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Mechanical Fitter for a full time, permanent opportunity within a growing establishment.

The UK`s leading manufacturing company for commercial vehicle conversions are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join their team and add to a skilled and successful work force.

You will be required to undertake all aspects of mechanical vehicle maintenance ranging from running defects, full servicing, vehicle overhauls, MOT preparation and presentation. You will carry out service, repairs, and inspections and diagnose faults, ensuring all work is completed to the highest of company standards.

To be considered you will have exceptional experience with fitting mechanical/hydraulic components on to new and used recovery vehicles to high standards, and a proven successful record of working with commercial vehicles.

You must have great attention to detail and experience in a similar role. Excellent organisational skills are required, alongside time management and a passion to succeed.


This position is perfect for anyone with HGV Mechanic or PCV Mechanical background.

In return you will be offered excellent rates of pay which will depend on experience, over time hours which are encouraged, and a full time, permanent job. Working hours are Monday - Friday 7.30 - 4pm.
