My client in the Halifax area is looking for a Mechanical Fitter:

Essential Responsibilities
" To read and understand drawings and engineering part specifications
" To assemble products in accordance with applicable drawings and engineering part
specifications and any specific assembly procedures
" Must have experience with using power tools and hand tools.
Qualifications/requirements
" Unit Assembly
" Plumbing
" Sub Assembly
" Self-discipline and co-operative manner
" Good safety and EHS awareness
" Must be a proactive team player, with a positive 'can do' attitude.
" Any experience of Electrical Systems would be highly advantageous

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, salary is dependant on experience. Hours of work are 37.5 a week.
