Brook Street UK Ltd is delighted to be sourcing CV`s for our client based in Newtownabbey. Our client has a vacancy for a Medical Receptionist

Our client has confirmed that the role is Temporary for 8-12 weeks and there are 2 positions available, postion 1 is 21 hours per week and the shift pattern is Monday 8.30 am to 1 pm
Tuesday 8.30 am to 1 pm
Wednesday off
Thursday 8.30 to 5.15 pm with 45 minutes for lunch
Friday 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm
Role 2, is 29 hours per week
Monday 8.30 to 4.30 pm with 45 minutes for lunch
Tuesday off
Wednesday 12.15 to 5.30 pm
Thursday 8.30 to 5.30 pm with 45 minutes for lunch
Friday 8.30 to 5.30 pm with 45 minutes for lunch


The job purpose of the role is to:
To cover reception on a rotational basis during the surgery opening hours
To assist in any administrative tasks as required
To have knowledge and training of the telephone system


This role would suit applicants who have good knowledge of reception and telephone system
Good knowledge of alphabetical filing systems
Good all round office skills
Organisational skills


To be shortlisted for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent. Minimum of 1 years' experience within a customer services environment dealing with high volume telephone enquiries and/or telephone selling.
Relevant administrative experience.

In return you will be oaid an hourly rate of £8.72 per hour, the hourly rate will increase on your 13th week if the assignment is extended.
