Medical Receptionist - YOU MUST HAVE EMIS EXPERIENCE TO APPLY

Location - Kirby
Hours of work (shifts): 12:30 - 18:30, 08:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 20:00 (18 hours)
Pay rate: £8.00
Accessible by local transport but free parking is on site
DBS required

We are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionists to join a busy team in Kirby. To apply, you MUST have experience using EMIS and be fully flexible with working hours, stretched over 2/3 days each week.

Duties include:
" Greeting patients
" Taking phone calls to book appointments
" Keeping the visiting area looking presentable
" Working with sensitive information
" Have the ability to show empathy with patients
" Filing patient information
" General administration

This is a temporary to permanent contract for the right candidate.
