Our client are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent customer service & a keen eye for detail to join our expanding patient care team at our Private Clinic.

Our client is a rapidly growing private health care provider based in the North West. They have city centre clinics in Manchester & Liverpool, where they deliver predominantly GP & Consultant appointments; and they have a purpose-built hospital in Newton-le-Willows where our Diagnostic facilities are located.
They pride themselves on delivering 5-star healthcare to all their patients and clinicians and we're looking to expand our team in-line with our ambitions to further grow the organisation.

You don't need to have worked in healthcare before and they are more interested in you as a person, than your experience or qualifications!

Job Details
" Base location: Manchester City Centre
" Hour: 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis Monday-Saturdays
" Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience

" Working Hours 8-4, 9-5, 10-6 and 11-7

It is essential that applicants have the following:
" Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills
" Computer literate with good working knowledge of all MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
" Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
" Ability to multi-task
" Problem solver, with the ability to think outside the box
" Experience in a similar role is essential
" Experience in sensitive data management complaints & incidents handling

Duties of this role include:
" Provide a courteous, discreet & efficient concierge service to patients and clinicians in line with the company ethos: meet & greet in a polite, friendly and professional manner, handle patient enquiries, patient information and reception duties;
" Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols;
" Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, managing diaries;
" Take payments and handle invoices;
" Manage room allocation and ensure rooms and clinic are appropriately stocked and prepared;
" Liaise with patients, consultants and clinicians in a professional, competent and knowledgeable manner whilst maintaining a high standard of confidentiality at all times
" Ensure all the appropriate clinical and administrative standards are documented and followed, including patient health & safety, financial compliance and that risks are effectively managed (to include CQC compliance)
" Any other duties deemed to be necessary for the needs of the business.
