Job Description

Job Title: Medical Secretary
Duration: ASAP for 8 weeks
Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday 37.5 - 9 -5 (flexible working times within school hours will be accepted)
Office location - not full remote working
Hourly rate £12.11 per hour

Are you an experienced Medical Secretary looking for your next role?
We are looking for an HR officer who can hit the ground running and who is looking for their next challenge, the main areas of this position are:

" Maintains procedures to ensure that confidentiality, accuracy, and security of information is maintained at all times.
" Note taking and organising diaries/meetings
" Highly methodical and organised.
" Empathetic, reassuring in sensitive situations.
" Able to work effectively as a team whilst able to use own initiative
" Experience of using audio typing digital technology.
" Competence in all other Microsoft software packages (Excel, PowerPoint,
" Experience of working with Consultants or GPs.

Previous experience of working on your own as well as part of a team
Experience of handling confidential and personal information
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent Microsoft office including outlook, Excel and Word
GCSE Grade A* - C to include English and Maths

Essential
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Medical Secretary position
