Job title: Medical Secretary
Location: Wrexham Park
Contract: 3 months with possible extension
Hours: 37 hours a week
Pay: £10.95

Job summary:
The Trust require an experienced administrator with great spelling and grammar skills. The Consultant`s dictation will play through an audio machine and type itself. The candidate has to check that the spelling and grammar is correct, no typing required

Duties:
- General administration
- Taking telephone calls
- Dealing with email correspondence
- Booking appointments
- keeping GP`s up to date
- Proof reading

What we are looking for:
- Excellent grammar/spelling
- Good communication
- Professional telephone manor
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Essential ID:
In date passport OR Full birth certificate paired with provisional or driving license
2x proof of address (eg: bank statement, utility bill, council tax)
Proof of NI (eg: NI card, P60, HMRC letter
