Job Description

This role is working for an association /membership institute based in the City EC2.

Your role is to support the education and membership activities through liaising with members and students and by coordinating events in an organised and professional manner.

Your key role is to be the liaison point for matters related to education and Institute membership. You will organise branch events and manage the member life cycle for the Institute(including but not limited to processing new applications and renewals).

You will provide admin support to the education programme, coordinating exams, training courses and maintaining records and producing management reports and analysis. You will also be responsible for updating and developing the Institute website and maintain the procedural manual.

We are looking for someone who has managed databases, taken minutes at meetings, managed action lists ,arranged meetings and produced papers. With this in mind strong MS Office skills are vital for this role.
