I am currently recruiting for a Membership Assistant!

My client is based near Fosse Park in Leicester.

Starting salary of £18,000

The business has had an incredible year and have big plans for 2020 and one of those plans is increasing their Membership team to grow with the huge strides they have made in 2019.

You will be responsible for processing, referencing and authorisation of members and advisors.
Your main purpose as a Membership Assistant would be to qualify and process application for customers who are looking to become mortgage advisors.

This will consist of sensitive information and personal details so confidentiality is paramount! Also working on your own initiative and think 'what next'. You will also need to maintain the membership database accurately and record status and permission levels. You will also be asked to secure documentation for membership record and ensure it will be retained to the appropriate database and filing systems.

My client is looking for candidates with recent experience in the finance (banking) or mortgage industry to join their growing team. In order to accomplish the targets and KPIs given to you, as well as acquire the skills needed to do this job you will have the full support of the Membership Authorisation Manager, as well as having a 'buddy' for your first month to help show you the ropes.
This role is for a person who thrives on working with a team and able to pick things up quickly! My client is a big player in the mortgage industry so would welcome candidates from that background!
