Exciting role within an advertising and PR company in the Beauty sector as a Membership Sales Administrator
They are the biggest professional beauty trade body in the UK and the largest insurance provider. Nobody understands the professional beauty industry better than they do.
You will be taking calls from members, assisting with renewals, queries and new quotes. You will have a wealth of experience using Word, excel and outlook. With an excellent attention to detail as you will also be dealing with insurance claims and inputting online data. No previous Beauty experience is needed- full training will be given for the CRM system.
You should be a hardworking, customer service focused with a good personality.
Be confident and outgoing and have good customer service skills.
You will have excellent telephone experience and be confident in using all Microsoft office applications.
